Racism affects people on an individual level, at an organisational level and in wider society.
People who experience both racism and sexual violence can face many difficulties in accessing support, help and justice.
We support the Ending Racism in VAWG charter which will help us to make a difference.
The charter includes all aspects of anti-racism work including workplace environment, values, anti racism training, representation from racially minoritised communities, working with other agencies, and delivering accessible and appropriate services to minoritised communities.
