Roll Down Your Skirt

Roll Down Your Skirt has become a common phrase directed towards young people, particularly girls and non-binary individuals, while in school. As the school year approaches, it’s essential to remember that everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. The Roll Down Your Skirt campaign was launched to emphasise the effects of school uniform sexualisation and its connection with rape culture.

Support for young women

We support women and girls 13+ who have experienced any form of sexual violence. Our services include counselling, practical and emotional support, group work and a Helpline. Young women 13+ can access all of our services apart from Group work which is 16+. We have a specialist Independent Sexual Violence Adviser as part of our Practical and Emotional Support team, who can provide support to survivors with issues such as school, health care and support reporting to the police.
