PART-TIME COUNSELLOR WORKER BLYTH 15.00 hours a week.

A 2 day post (15 hours) face to face counsellor. Funding currently for two years from April 2023.

Salary dependent on experience.  NJC Scale 24 to 26. £29,174 pa to £30,984 pa (pro rota).

We require a women* counsellor to join our BACP organisational accredited counselling service. You must have experience of working with women and girls 13+ who are survivors of any form of sexual violence or have experience of working with clients who have experienced trauma. You must be BACP or UKCP Accredited or be working towards accreditation.

The ability to manage a caseload, hold clear boundaries with clients and services and keep accurate client records is essential. We require someone with excellent communication and team working skills who can work within the spirit of RCTN’s values and ethos. We adhere to Rape Crisis National Service Standards. External clinical supervision, peer support and case management will be provided by RCTN. Plus a training budget for CPD.
