We invite you to join us for an event to understand how we can, together, support women & girls who have experienced sexual violence.

Women and girls have shared with us (through surveys and focus groups) their experiences of seeking support and the barriers they have faced. We will share these with you and offer the opportunity to identify how we can all work together to break those barriers and open more routes to support for survivors of sexual violence.

We also explored the power of words and how language impacts those who have experienced sexual violence, we will share key insights from this with you.

We are pleased to announce that we will be joined by Susan Dungworth, Northumbria Police & Crime Commissioner as a guest speaker.

The event will include formal presentations, space for discussion and end with networking.
