We are working with Claire Baxter, an independent researcher from Richmond Baxter (www.richmondbaxter.com), to evaluate our local email and telephone Helpline service.

We would be grateful to anybody who has used or tried to use the Helpline, past or present, and would be prepared to take part in a survey we are running with Claire.

This will help us better understand the difference we make, identify areas for development and make decisions about its strategic direction.

Your answers will be treated with the strictest confidence – we will not ask you for your name or any other information which might identify you.

The survey is entirely voluntary and is open until 9th July.
