Understand the impact of sexual harassment

A member of staff is working solo, they are repeatedly asked by a group of women if they “comes with the drinks”.

A member of staff comes to you saying that another colleague is pushing up against them unnecessarily when behind the bar, saying they are “just squeezing past”.

You overhear a man going up to a same-sex couple (women), he asks if they’ve ever had a threesome. One of the women tell him it’s none of his business, he persists, telling them that he would love to watch them have sex.

As you are clearing a table you hear a man approach a woman wheelchair user. You hear him asking “how it all works” when she has sex.

In a queue to the venue, you see a woman go up to a man and squeeze his bum. The man does not appear to know the woman, he laughs it off but looks uncomfortable. The woman does it again.

Whilst clearing glasses in the smoking area, you overhear a conversation between two men. One states “they are already well past it” and the other comments “that just means they are my sure thing tonight”.
